Florin Oncescu

He was born on August 21, 1960 in Constanta and is graduate of the Faculty of Aircraft in Bucharest, in 1985. The literary debut occurs in 1987, with the work "The return". He worked at Humanitas printing house. He emigrated to Canada, in Montreal where he works as editor of the magazine "Romanian Evening Star".
